While technical skills are a must, strong candidates also possess the interpersonal skills necessary to work well with clients and co-workers, and to communicate effectively with all levels of management. And as all great communicators know, that means knowing how to listen as well.

Strong work ethic. Take initiative. To succeed at BDO, you must be motivated and willing to pursue new opportunities. In fact, you should be excited about them.

Ability and willingness to learn. Our business is always evolving. Regulations are always changing. What works in one industry won’t necessarily work in another.

Strong candidates are motivated to acquire new skills, and have a desire to continually grow, build, and improve.
